Bedroom Furniture Discounts Furniture in Pieces (and still waiting 5 months later) New York, New York
Total Nightmare dealing with BR Furniture Discounts - run,
don't walk away from them. Placed order to purchase a platform bed in September
for our 8 year old daughter. Our credit card was promptly charged and then the
problems began. 4 1/2 months later the bed is still in pieces. Promised
delivery dates went by without a call. After many phone calls and unanswered
e-mails they finally came out to assemble, parts were missing so they couldn't
assemble the bed.
They then scheduled a date and came out with what they
thought were all the parts - no hardware so it is in pieces - it is still in
pieces four months after the order. Manager will not return phone calls from my
wife. My daughter is devastated and has been sleeping on the floor since before
Christmas. Still no date for the delivery of the hardware. Save yourself from
dealing with this inept company and move to the next retailer when buying
furniture. I will be writing reviews until this disaster is settled.
