I ordered an item from bedroom kandi on 8/12/15. I noticed the product wasn't working properly. I immediately contacted the customer service and they provided me with an RA# to write on the return shipment. I returned the item. I contacted Bedroom Kandi (BK) and verified they had received my returned shipment and requested that they refund my money, through paypal. The representative stated BK refunded my money on 9/2/15. I informed the customers service representative I did not receive a refund. The representative stated to me that she was going to take care of my issue and then contact me of a resolution. I never received a call back nor an email from BK. So I called BK customer service line once or twice a week, they either couldn't help me or the phone mysteriously disconnected. I finally spoke w/ someone on 9/29/15. She informed me that my money was refunded on 9/2/15. I let her know that I didn't receive a refund and I was currently looking at my paypal statement as we speak. The representative put me on hold and a representative by the name of Joyl (x5) came on the phone and stated to me that she was the one that initially took my call. I informed her of whats going on and she stated to me that they refunded my money partially on 9/29/15, while I was speaking with the representative on the phone. I asked Joyl why didn't I received $33.50 and I only received $25.00. Joyl stated to me that I informed her that the reason why I returned my item was because it wasn't strong enough. I told Joyl those are lies, I never stated that, I informed you that the product wasn't working properly. When I clicked the button it wouldn't turn on. I had to click it over and over before it would turn on. The representative Joyl became very argumentative and upset. Every word or statement I told her she was aggressive and very combative. I tried to defuse the conversation by asking for her manager. She told me her manager name is Nadine (x13) and she will return to the office in one hour and thirty minutes. Then Joyl proceeded to inform me that, I did tell her that and that's why I will only receive the price of the product.
