Bedroom Superstore-HORRIBLE COMPANY PERIOD!!! Tacoma Washington
We bought an entire bedroom suite-told it was real wood. It wasn't. I just wanted to return the product but was told that there is NO return/refund policy. Nothing was posted at all throughout the entire store. The only place where the return policy was mentioned was in tiny letters at the bottom of the purchase agreement. We now have a different bedroom suite. They forgot our 5 drawer chest and the footboard is damaged. It has taken 2 months to get to this point. We are supposed to get a new footboard and our original chest that we never got. When the delivery men showed up the entire front house and the room upstairs where the furniture was to go smelled strongly of "pot" (there wasn't a skunk outside)! Is this there ideal employees? The ones that are supposed to get the job done-the last person from the company that we would see??? Great last impression!!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I hope that the Bedroom Superstore will get what's coming to them. I do not appreciate being robbed, lied to and treated like garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY-YOU WILL REGRET IT IMENSLEY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
PS-Not to mention that when they delivered the furniture the first time they were supposed to be here between 2 and 6. They showed up at 9pm. We called 3-4 times asking about the status. "They just left the stop before you and should be there any time."
I would rather sleep in a tent outside than to have this company's product in my house, families house, friends, etc.
