It took a while, and I had to contact Belkin numerous times, but they did make good. The problem was partly my fault. Their fulfillment company insisted on my home address, but I do not receive my mail there. I maintain a box at a UPS store because I feel that the arrangements insisted upon by the USPS for delivery to my home address are unsafe. Obviously, on their mail the fulfillment company that services Belkin rebates has a statement to the effective, 'DO NOT FORWARD'. The time invested to receive this rebate is laughable and I still no longer consider rebates when I am buying. For those wondering, the USPS utilizes un-lighted and un-guarded community mailboxes in my neighborhood, totally unacceptable. Please note this was like the joke about the number of psychiatrists it takes to change a lightbulb. It takes a loooong time and the lightbulb has got to want to change. Belkin DID do the right thing.

I did contact them and got a reply that the check issued had never been cashed. Yeah, right, they cut a check. I was born at night, but not last night. Anyway, I HAVE IN WRITING, that the 'first' check was cancelled and a second check would be issued. Here's the cute part, It would take another 6 to 8 weeks. As you can see, from my original post, that was over TWO MONTHES AGO!!!! You guessed it, I haven't received my rebate. I will keep updating this report every couple of monthes just to let people know what kind of bullshit this ripoff company is peddling. These people are givng the other scammers a bad name.
