On october 15th, i traded in my santa fe because they never fixed it correctly, I bought a chrysler town and country and when i went to get it, it was not in good condition. It looked like it came from a junk yard.

After arguing with one of the managers, they made me take the vehicle. I came back when mike winding was on duty and he then promised to fix and clean up the vehicle. After finally getting the vehicle on november 12th, the condition was still bad, and radio and cd player did not work, windshields wipers did not work and there were signs of transmissions problems, within forty six hours i spoke with mike winding and told him i did not want the vehicle.

I gave him a list of vehicles i was interested in and he paid no mind to it, he said he would give me a great car. I ended up with a suzuki wagon which he wrote on his office papers and he gave me for $12,000.

My sales contract states the car cost $18,000. He did not take the town and country as a return but said it was a trade in.

I lost thousands of dollars on these deals, and they will not speak or help me in any way.

I have called faxed and been there in person, now they will not even give me their name when i go there. I have pictures of the condtion of the original car purchase, and i have been in contact with several agencies. I tried to return the suzuki wagon within 24 hours but the financial service person would not help me. I am under tremendous stress and i just want to return this car.

I agree that you should no thave accepted the vehicle. However, you did and you thought you were stuck with it. You actually had a chance to get out of it. When you realized the windshield wipers were inoperable, you should have told the dealer you were taking it straight to the Arizona Highway Patrol station to show them that they did not work. Why should you do this? It's very simple: The van had to pass a safety inspection in order to be registered. Windshield wipers are always required to work in order to pass. If their service department passed this van in that condition, they could lose their inspection station license. This dealer has already dumped two junk vehicles on you. Do not take any more vehicles from this dealer. When you get your next car (if you can ever pay this Suzuki down enought to sell or trade it), make sure it is not from them. The saying goes: "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

Did they put a gun to your head and make you take the vehicle? Clearly you were taken advantage of, but it is also clear you are a pushover. I little more backbone would have served you well here.
