Bell Auto Sales - Clyde Bell ripoff Richmond Virginia
I bought a used auto from clyde bell, and gave him $1475.00 down payment. it had a 30 day warranty. I had taken it back 3 times. I bought it on june 3, 2005.
On july 2 my transmission blew while I was on 95 south. I called this person's business on july 2, 3 and 4th. He was closed all three days.
On july 5 I drove the car on 2nd gear to the business, his mechanic took the car with me to a transmission specialist who kept the car for a few hours, I got dropped off at work. when this person kept my car I would always have to find a way to pick it up. I had to go back to the dealer to getr the car, but before i went to him I went to the transmission guy who informed me that there was nothing I did to cause that failure of the transmission.
The person that sold me the car never got in touch with me. never spoke to me and never returned my money for the car. I had since left the car at the dealership and have purchased another car. I want my money back. $1475.00 plus 3 payments of 169.00
