our company went to replace three celular phones and were mislead to get us to sign agreement plan. We were told that all funds paid at the store(Bell Mobility in Vernon BC). When te first bill arrived there was a extra 35.00 charge for activation. I called Bell Canada and told them of the mistake and we were told the store was wrong and it had to be paid. We contacted the store and the sales clerk told us they had noe dealings with accounting and said they could not help us.

At the time we were thinking of the new phones we told the clerk our frustration with roaming charges we had experienced while traveling in the United States. The clerk told us out right that those days were gone and there was no more roaming charges. She even stated that was a thing of the past.

Well after a trip with our new phones we received a seperate bill for each phone just for raoming one 95.00 and another 166.00 for the same period. Again i contacted Bell accounting and was told the sales clerk was wrong and we had to pay the amounts on the invoice. I called the store and again complained and ask to be contacted by the owner of the store. No call ever received. I have now requested all three contracts be cancealed and will have to pay a 400.00 fee.

I have found out that these phone are not able to be used on any other net work and we will have to purchase new ones if we want to have celular phones for our company. I feel the contract are built so the Celular company can charge you any fees they want and we have no way of protecting our selves.
