Amie in Chandler,Arizona want to contact the local media and ask why is it that they will not do stories on new or used car dealers?
Use the following email addresses and ask they all why they will not do insider stories on car dealers. They will some crap like "It's not news people want to hear about" or "We have much more important things to report about"
No form of local or national media will ever bite the big hands that feed them. Put these below to the test and ask them all why they keep their mouths shut when it comes to auto dealer Rip Off's
Email or call all of these "Microphone MUTTS" at 550 KFYI and ask them why they will not let car buyers AIR THEIR car dealer troubles LIVE on 550 KFYI.
Use the following contacts and let them HAVE IT for not airing shows about scams in the auto industry.
Ask these Microphone Mutts if they will have a day only devoted to only callers that are willing to tell all of their car buying horror stories! Post their replies on this Report. I would love to read them.
Bruce Jacobs is on from 5AM till 8AM. You can email him at [email protected]
Barry Young is on from 8AM till 10 AM Call him up at 602-258-5394 Email him and ask him why he will not chat about car dealers. His email is [email protected]

[email protected] and [email protected] They are both on from 4PM till 7PM
Joe Crummey is on from 7PM to 10 PM. Email him at
[email protected]
Trust me they will not chat "Live on the AIR" about car dealer Rip Offs and scams! They say their station is a "TALK RADIO" Station. So let us talk!
Microphone Mutts will never expose the auto industry. They will say some crap like, It's boring or no body wants to talk about car buying scams. Trust me everybody knows of a car dealer that they HATE!
Car buyers are not informed of car dealer Rip Offs or scams because it sure seems to me that advertising money is much more important then informing consumers of Rip Offs.
See if you can get then to chat about any of the following Rip Off Reports regarding car dealers.
This one has some GREAT PICTURES and is informative!
www.badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff138219.htm
Go tell these Media Mutts to look at this Rip Off Report. I had a long chat with this car buyer. She sent me a copy of her altered credit application. Banks across the country are receiving fraudulent credit applications everyday and they don't know it.

After reading your rip off report on this dealership, I have taken my NEW CAR business elsewhere. Anywhere else but Bell Road Mazda. I also sent them an email and copied this story.....word of mouth travels fast!

It is not everyday that you get to drill the car dealership back. Good for you that you did not stop. Funny we did not hear about your good luck or your fight to get your money back on the news. Hmmm.....

Randee and Mike I have read the contract that this car dealer had you sign. After looking at the sales price I go to KBB.com and find that they say with 82,000 miles the SUV is only worth about $9900 bucks. Seems the dealer feels it's value is $11,618. Good thing you brought it back.
I went over your contract and NO WHERE does it state that the car dealer has the right to keep your down payment of $2000 if the dealer is unable to obtain financing for you. What do they feel that the $2000 is a Rental fee? I don't think so. That's the problem with many car dealers.
They think that they can do what ever they want to car buyers. They know that the media will never do any stories on New car dealer Rip Off's. It seems that they never get exposed. It seems that there is only 1 AG that has the balls to spank dirty car dealers.
It is my calling to help inform car buyers what goes on in the auto industry. Most all media will never I Repeat NEVER expose auto dealer Rip off's and scams. I take great pride in doing the best I can to help car buyers.
Most car buyers have no idea where to look for possible information that will help them when doing business with people in the auto industry. I blame that on your local media. TV stations, Newspapers and what one would call TALK RADIO.
The only thing I ask you is to email or call all of these "Microphone MUTTS" at 550 KFYI and ask them why they will not let car buyers AIR THEIR car dealer troubles LIVE on 550 KFYI.

Mr Eliot Spitzer my hat is off to you. Maybe one day I can post my thoughts on other AG's in this country. Go to these URL's below and read on the New York's AG's office work.
Mike and Randee read some of these below. I feel they are informative reading! The below shows the work of a Attorney General that will spank car dealers.
www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/dec/dec13b_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/may/may30b_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/apr/apr19b_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/jan/jan14b_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2000/oct/oct12a_00.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/aug/aug09a_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2003/mar/mar12b_03.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/1999/sep/sep30e_99.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2003/mar/mar18b_03.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/1999/dec/dec06b_99.html
My hat is Off to Eliot Spitzer is a man that all consumers in New York should thank. He has the balls to spank car dealers that are reported to be playing deceptive car buying games. It is a shame I can't say the same about other AG's. Maybe one day I can chat about other AGs.
By the way I think that your Rip Off Report needs some photos.
I called this dealer and talked to some rude HOT DOG that says he is a Manager. I explained that you are having troubles getting your $2000 down payment back. He tells me that he has to wait until Monday to get some Clown to sign it a check.
If they give you the round a round, try this. Call the police and have a Police car show up. make it known to all that are around that what the dealer will not give you your $2000 bucks back. MAKE A SCENE, be sure to check out www.ripoffrevenge.com

The rare, few times it has happened to me, I hand them my attorney's card and say here, "have your attorney contact my attorney, cuase I ain't talking to you no more". Had the 4 month deal with sprint over the rebate. Went in the last time and told the manager, either he take care of it now or my attorney would take care of it the next day. He gave me my rebate on the spot. You may have to take them to small claims court.
