We were contacted by a rep from Bella Homes LLC, to try to help save our house.   We did extensive research on this company, and decided to go with them  because of their A+ rating on the BBB.

Bella Homes promised us that they would not only save our house from foreclosure, but they would figure out a lease program that we can stay in our house and then repurchase our own house back after 3 years.

We went ahead and signed up for this service, as we really wanted to stay in our house.  We had to put down the 1st and last 2 months rent for the lease of our home.  We then had to make monthly "rent" payments to them.

Soon after, we were told from Bella Homes that we needed to contact our lender and to have their name put on our loan as authorized users.  Bella homes contacted our lender and told them not to send us any communication and to send it all to Bella Homes.
I started to receive notifications that our house was up for foreclosure,  a promise that they said they would prevent from happening.  We had to file bankrupcy in order to stop the foreclosure because Bella Homes told us that was the only way to stop it.  That was because they were not doing anything to stop my foreclosure other than taking my monthly rent payments as payoffs for their personal debt.

I then found out about a lawsuit filed in Colorado against Bella Homes claiming fraud.  I started calling every contact I had a Bella Homes and emailing every one I could find.  My contact Kathy Craver happened to give me her personal email address.  [email protected].  She emailed me a few times from this address to assure me that she didn't know anything about it.  I do not believe her.

Now I am out over $6500 to this fraudulent company, and I am still going to lose my house because I can't afford the payments.  I am angry and sickened that I let a company that I did tons of research on take advantage of me and many others and dupe me out of thousands of dollars.

I am trying to figure out a way to get my money back.  I do not have the money to hire a lawyer for all of this.  I had to borrow money to pay all the upfront costs, so not only am I out the thousands of dollars, I still owe others for helping me out.

I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's offices in Georgia, and Arizona (where they claimed to have offices.  One One with the Colorado AG's office, where the lawsuit was filed, and in Texas where I live.  I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision and Better Business Bureau.  So far, I've heard back from a few AG offices saying that they are looking into our complaint.
