Bella Serta I requested $14.99 sample received $89 full kit- had to cancel or they would continue to charge my account. also number busy over and over. Nationwide
I requested an advertized $14.99 sample size of the product. I recieved a "trial size" product and was charged $89. I called over and over, the phone was busy. When I finally got through the 14 days had passed to return the product.
I had to ask the customer service rep 3-4 times to cancel my card and not send any other product. She attempted to offer numerous "one time deals", did not listen to my request. I felt I had to be rude. If I had not gotten through, I would of been charged a re-occuring fee.
The did send an email that indicates I will not be chanrged an on-going fee. Kicker- this product does not work!
