Bella Vi Collective Fab Ripped Off California Internet
Bella Vi (also known as CollectiveFab) claimes to be a dropshipping company based out of Huntington Beach, CA., their address is directed to a retail mail shipping facility. They also claim to be providing "wholesale" pricing, when the pricing is actually retail as reflected on windsorstore.com. They also claim to ship products within 24-48 hours after receiving the order, however they do not. My initial order was placed over 2 months ago. They do not provide accurate tracking information, as it always comes back invalid. When contacting customer service, issues never get rectified. They claim to speak with their "shipping supervisor" and ship products immediately, however they fail to do so. I have emailed them several times with no replies as of late. Still no refund or product.
