my answer is you need a lawyer to make these guys shake. 379 is too little, but i suggest purchasing prepaid legal services for 25$ a month, let them ruin your credit report, hell even order another cell phone and send it back. make sure u are covered under prepaid legal and sue their asses off. there was no contract because you sent the item back. they are trying to enforce no contract, rather hassleing and what thugs do. intimidate, and take your money. let them ruin your credit report again, then i would sue for more damages, you could walk away 20,000 richer.
