Ben Miller AKA Miller Auto Sales Follow Up to ripoff report 402984 Greensboro North Carolina See report 402984 Well- after putting an extra $1,000 in this vehicle, the engine died today. Another $2,500 will have to be spent. I have decided not to throw more good money after bad. My college student daughter is now without a car and we have thrown away about $5,500. This stinks in today's economy for a family of eight with a disabled husband/father. If anyone knows how to get financial retribution from such a person, let me know. ([email protected]) Of course, he will hide behind his 'AS IS/No Warranty) agreement. I feel that he must have known about several of these issues and just dumped them on an unsuspecting customer. The check engine light went on after 30 miles or so. Many other things were said during the sales process that now make sense. For instance, he said that the previous owners always used Mobile One oil. He got this car at auction and really wouldn't know that. I now realize the purpose was so that we would not see oil burning because the the rings were going - which is why the engine died completely. This is the 1st used car I have ever bought (usually buy new) and it has been a painful experience. Pray for my daughter, please. Ihateripoffs Greensboro, North Carolina
