As stated by previous visitors to this site, I was contacted by Sara at Beneficial Client Care. After taking my demographic information, Sara informed me that once they had drafted the infamous 247.00 dollars I would receive my package in the mail within 2 weeks and should sign the information and return. After waiting approximately 3 weeks I began calling the great customer service line. I got exactly the same response as others, that the mail box was full please call later.

I continued to call for another month at various times of the day with no success. Last night August 7th, 2002, I received another call from Beneficial Client Care attempting to sell me the same service again. I began to explane to the young man that I had already done all of this and they had drafted my 247.00 and provided me nothing. He bacame extremely rude and aggressive with responses like "All I can say mame is that you will receive your package within 2 weeks".

I then insisted on speaking to a suppvisor and was told that obviously I did not understand how buisy and hectic there office was and that his supervisor was too buisy to talk to me. I told him that I understood hectic as I work in a hospital and that I would be glad to hold. Soon there after, a supervior named Shawn got on the phone and also became verbaly abusive with me to the point of explaning to me that he made five times in a year than I and that he had five cars paid for and a condo that he pays 10,000.00 a month for. After asking his age and finding that he was 19 I explaned that all his information told me was that he was deeply in debt and that he would be filing for bankrupcy by the age of 25 and that I would take this matter up futher with the attorney general.

I want only that others hear these similar stories and beware of anyone wanting to draft monies from your acctount prior to giving you any information or products. If you have advice as to where I can go from here, please let me know.
