Beneficial HSBC Lying about back taxes-trying to stake claim on private property- with holding insurance claim money for damages ignoring BBB and Attorney General office BRANDON Florida
BENEFICIAL wow need I say any more the biggest cut throat business ever and they just keep getting away with all their lies and their crockedness. I had fought with them for a year for a modification it took a year, wow they dropped it $100.00 but then added escrow and jacked it way up, on top of that saying we were behind on back taxes which infact we were not and never had been behind but if you called the tax dep. there was some confusion on wrong names being on the property I had to get that straightend out so how could they get claim with wrong name? this property is a seperate lot taxed seperate showing no leans and no loans! I have sent proof from tax dep-assers dep my proof they ignore it they won't prove they have a title or deed on property I carry it! In 2007 which Beneficial is saying were behind which infact they paid it in November 2007 on the lot with the morgage on it how ever did not pay on the seperate lot which is free and clear of any leans or loansI pay it and always have. We just had storm claims with our home owners ins. and beneficial took it and won't release it to us for any repairs said they will only release small amounts at a time then will have a inspection made and will take the funds out of the claims to pay for the inspections some of that money is for our own personal property that was damaged. It is amazing in 2008 we had a fire in our home it was totaled it's funny I alone was able to manage over $80.000 thousand dollars and get all repairs done to my expectations till the company was messing up and cutting corners on the job and we took over and are still repairing what they did. Beneficial is showing we owe them a hell of alot more than what we really do. I've talked to other banks they want no part of them and just say your being taken advanage of and we can't help you oh and good luck . How is it they get away with everything there not with BBB they screw everybody over there crooks -Liars - theives. This company needs to be fined not just slapped on the hand for all their dirty doings they have done and still doing to people.

I'm not talking about your problems with HSBC to which I offer you the best. If need be, consider legal help in that matter. No then, the BBB. Yes the ignore the BBB. The BBB has ZERO POWER to do anything! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body! The BBB has absolutely no power to do anything! Businesses BUY their way into the BBB. Businesses good or bad BUY the BBB PHONEY "accreditation" program much like somebody can buy a phoney diploma. The reason any business does not have a BBB "membership" is because they have yet to BUY their "membership". In short, the BBB is a complete sca. Their M. O. is to sell these phoney accreditations!
