YES we payed our taxes. Yes we made our payments. Yes our home was sold without any notification. All supposed mail went to another address which these people have the same name. Desciptions of the people that went to court do not match our description. All signed mail was not sined for by us. All we know is when the bank stopped cashing our payments they would not talk to us SOOO how can you straighten out a situation when nobody wants to listen. Are you not innocent until proven guilty? Prove me wrong and I will double your fee. The way things are now adays people are lazy and do not want to do thier job. A wrong letter or number can really screw things up. Anyhow our house was stolen and the bank was in on it and our Identity was stolen. What a better thief than your own family who knows everything about you.

I don't think you gave enough information, but none of this makes sense. It is entirely illegal to put a 2nd mtg on someone elses home. Period. It actually sounds like your home went into Sherriffs sale meaning you did not pay taxes. You can actually lose your home for not paying taxes and it could be sold without you knowing. I know what you said happened, but I can tell you the bank, nor beneficial did this. Foreclosure process is not a short process, it can take up to a year...were you making your payments, I know they send out many notices and actually have a hardship program that helps customers. If you provide more information, then maybe we can understand this, but there is no way that someone who pays their bills would be evicted out of their house given 10 days to vacate.
