benjalyn.com i ordered and paid for one of their products. they have failed to send merchandise or refund.. i contacted their support and all i get is a standard reply email thanking me for my order. Tennessee
i ordered and paid for one of their advertised products on october 8th 2020. after weeks of trying to get a response from them they sent me an email with a tracking number that no shipping company recognizes. i contacted their support via email several times and all i get in response from them is a standard thank you for ordering email.
