The contract initiated was for bi-annual alternative waste service.  The company was contacted on 6/11/2012 to inquire about the lack of service according to the contract.  The office manager (Sharon) became disgruntle explaining it was not her fault, we should have called to schedule the service.  At that time we requested a refund of the amount we had paid.  She said she would call back regarding the refund - she did not. 

On 6/12/12 I called back asking about the refund - she said the funds are refunded by their corporate office and she would check the status and call me back - she did not. 

On 6/13/12 I called again to inquire about the status, she said she would mail the check out from their local office and she would put it in the mail today. 

On 6/19/12 I called back as I had not received the check and she said it should arrive today.  She mailed it a day later than anticipated and it went out on 6/14/12. 

On 6/21/12 I called back asking to speak to the manager and was refered to a number in Warrington, VA and spoke with Tim Cotton.  I explained the issue to him and he said he would make sure the check was processed and would call me back with an update.  I told him I had been told different explanations from Sharon and wanted the truth regarding the status - he said he understand and would call me back - he did not. 

I called the Warrington, VA office again on 6/22/2012 and asked to speak with Tim Cotton - I was told he does not work out of the Warrington office, but the Ruckersville office (the same office I had been calling for the past 2 weeks).  I left a message for him to return my call - he did not. 

I called again later in the day and spoke with Sharon who told me the check was mailed on 6/18/2012 check #2256.  I expressed my irritation and disappointment with their company and the fact that I could not get a straight answer from her or the manager. 

I called again today (6/25/12) to talk with Sharon - I was put on hold for several minutes and later disconnected.  I called back and left a message for Sharon that I would be coming by her office tomorrow to pick up the refund check - I did not however leave a telephone number.   She called me back 30 minutes later to say she did not have access to writing checks from her office and was unable to give me a check. 

Oh, and I still have not received my refund check.
