Complaint Review: Benjamin Joseph Anderson Apropos Auctions - LA JOLLA California

To "D" from Anoka and all others scammed by Ben Anderson and Meir Waknine: If you want to assure these two are brought to justice, you must file a report with the postal inspector and call the U.S. Attorney in San Diego. All the information you need follows. The more complaints they receive, the longer the jail terms will be and the sooner they will be indicted and tried

Before their Ebay scam resulted in the federal raid of Ben Anderson's apartment on March 6, 2008, Benjamin Joseph Anderson, DOB March 13, 1981, and Meir Avraham Waknine, liked to post pretty photos of themselves showing off how "cool" and "successful" they allegedly were. In case you are looking for them, here are a few photos they had publicly posted of themselves.

If you have been scammed by either of these two, call either U.S. Postal Inspection Service Agent J. Liam Gimon in the 619 area code at number 531 8245 or U.S. Attorney Mitch Dembin in the same area code at number 557 5558.

Ben fancies himself as a very conservative Republican and thinks everyone should listen to his political diatribes, which he used to also publicly post on his MySpace page at:

Alas, now, since the search was executed, he doesn't seem to want the public to hear his voice.

Ben likes to wear a T-shirt emblazoned with "COMBAT READY" and he had a picture of him on his MySpace page "attacking" a rope ladder on a kiddie obstacle course. I guess he thinks he's tough enough to be a Marine, but felt the need to denigrate the names of Marines who gave their lives defending our freedoms in Iraq as part of his Ebay scams.

Bennie is really proud of his "red Ford Mustang Saleen with California license tag 6BUV942", as set forth in the APPLICATON AND AFFIDAVIT FOR SEARCH WARRANT, CASE NUMBER: 08 MJ 0672, in the Matter and Search of 315 Westbourne Street, La Jolla, California and red Ford Mustang CA Tag 6BUV942, March 5, 2008, unsealed as of March 13, 2008, my John Liam Gimon, United States Postal Inspector, which you can see here:

Meir's the one on the left with the nerdy sideburns looks like he forced some woman to have a picture taken with him yuk!

Also, allegedly Anderson has been driving illegally on a Michigan Driver License despite having resided in CA for years.

Apparently they hate U.S. military soldiers, sailors and airmen as they used the names of U.S. soldiers, sailors and airmen who gave their lives in defense of our country in Iraq.
