This took 4 + years...this took so long.
If you want to get your Dead Bead Dad arrested then you have to help and investigate. Ask questions, ask about the information that is useful to the case workers and go get it for them if you have to. Study the FOC process.
It's hard work to bring a fugative to justice, someone has to do it.

I have been trying to get the DA, collecion companies, you name it to pursue my ex-husband under the federal dead beat parent laws. No one will pursue him because he's not working. He hasn't been working by choice. When he does its for cash. He moves from relatives house to relatives house until they get tired of him. He owes over $45K to my son who is totally disabled (moderate mental retardation, partical cerebal palsy, and seizure disorder) his second son has moderate hearing loss and needs surgery, speech therapy and extra tutoring. How did you finally get an arrest warrent? I can't find an attorney willing to do it. They said they would only if they could prove he is working and dilibertly no paying. Choosing to be unemployed when you have an order for support should be illegal.
