Benny's Moving and Storage Terrible Terrible rip-off artists Watertown, Massachusetts
The AG really needs to shut this company down. Reading all the complaints on the various review sites, it is clear that they are running a scam and stealing people's money. If only we had done more research about them first. They showed up late and charged us from the time they left their shop. 4 hours to go 8 miles? They milked the clock worse than DMV workers. They packed everything haphazardly and threw stuff around like footballs. They broke numerous items, then tried to hide them. When we found the stash of broken stuff, they claimed they were not responsible because we hadn't paid them extra for insurance. Then they charged us way more then estimated and would not finish unloading our stuff until we paid the new price in full. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOVER. THEY ARE CROOKS.
