They stole money from me too! I reported complaints with all of the companies aka's names to the BBB in Cincinnati. This company never explained to me that there was a "managed" plan that obligated customers to monthly shipments, then there is apparently a "non-managed" plan that costs more but apparently doesn't require a committment. In either case you will never get your money back, unless you fight for it.

I am writing to the Cincinnati newspaper about this company. All of the truthful answers are on the BBB site in Ohio. Check them out.

This is garbage. Commercials and everything for a thirty day free sample. I can get a refund for a 12-month supply but not a 30 day. On the phone with them now. When I got the free samples something should pop up TELLING you that you'll get billed monthly. Or before your billed an email telling you to cancel or you'll get billed shortly. I can surely tell you a class suit is in the works on this one.

While ordering the free enzyte 30 day trial, my wife was not warned that regardless of her turning down the "care" package that she would be enrolled anyway. We received a mysterious withdraw from our account for $70 and proptly called Lifekey asking for them to give us our money back. They refused to do so, Stating that regardless of if the salesperson told her or not that the terms were written in fine print on the side of the bottle. They did decide to give us $35 but by that time it was too late. We had thought that someone had stolen our card number, and had it canceled. The person I talked to said that they were going to send it to that card anyway. So my guess is that Ill never see that money anyhow. Its a good scam they have going. Selling overpriced herbs you can get at your local GNC. Then automaticly enrolling you in a program without your knowledge... (unless you read the fine print). Im willing to take this to the bbb in Louisville KY as well. There has to be a way for everyone to get their money back. Ill help in the fight.
