Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals ripoff false advertizing forced sale of $70.00 but willing to return $35.00 to my account after speaking to supervisor should product ineffective Cincinnati Ohio
What a rip off - false advertizing of "free samples" I got the free sample, them received another shipment that I did not order and was charged $70.00 for it. I called the customer care dept., what a bunch of banana eating morons. Was offered $25.00 returned to my credit card.
After a polite battle, I asked to speak to a supervisor. After 10 minutes of jazz music, he finally picked up the line. be patient, you're tying up their phone lines too. The supervisor offered me a $35.00 return to my credit card. I accepted that and gave him my unbiased opinion about the scam. he really didn't care. I will be calling my credit card company ASAP and try to get the charges reversed.
The TV ad should be illegal. This company preys on peoples insecurities and stresses and the herbs don't even work. If the herb had a medical value, the FDA would have been involved years ago. I do belive some herbs work, but not what these folks are pushing.
