I filed a report about T-Mobile's incompetence today based on my own horrific experiences. Clearly their upper level managers should be fired by the out-of-touch Board of Directors. They are completely out of touch with their customers and as much as their customer support personnel try to help, they can't, beccause they are locked out of the decision making process. If you are a T-Mobile shareholder, run like hell.
