I Bought a 2004 Jeep Liberty Limited Edition in febuary of 2012 from Bertera. Last Friday April 27th 2012 I was on my way back home and the car started making a Loud noise and when I pressed on the gas the entire car started to shake. As I went home & parked the car. I attempted to start it and the truck wouldn't start. So I had the truck towed back to Bertera and it's still sitting there waiting to be serviced.

I received a call from the shop said it was the PCM and that they put it on but the car is still not functioning right. So now they think it's the engine. So service calls me up and says they now think its the engine and they needed my permission to tear the engine down. So I agreed and said that someone from the warranty company is supposed to come out and inspect it. Well I did my own research.

I called the warranty company myself and the gentleman told me that Bertera is supposed to call them once the engine is out & haven't done that yet. The dealer has made no attempts to help me out in any way.. They still can't give me a time frame on the repairs for my truck & won't help me out with a loaner vehicle or anything! I have been paying for a rental since my truck broke down. I also put $7,000 on the truck when I purchased the car. I don't think it's fair how they treat customers. My truck has been sitting in the same spot since the day it was towed! This dealership is shady and the way they run their bussiness is wrong! This truck shouldn't have broke down in 2 months after purchasing it!
