Company sent incorrect product.

Company requested pictures of product to verify.

After providing proof company refused to respond to multiple subsequent e-mails sent to various company e-mail addresses. Found it impossible to reach anyone on the company phone.

I do a lot of internet buying and selling and this has been my worst experience with seller by far. Wish I had found this "Rip-off Report" website earlier.

I strongly recommend that buyers don't take the risk of doing business with this company as they appear to be unethical in their treatment of customers based on my experience and the number of other reports lodged. The statements about "Guaranteed Values & Service" are a sham from my experience.

Finally a response from BBGS: Arrogance and Disrespect

Interesting that the only way to get a response out of BBGS is to log a report here. Fellow consumers, let me repeat: BBGS sent the wrong product. When I proved this by sending them photos they day it arrived, they would not respond to e-mails. They did not want to know. Ken claims an upgrade was sent. The item requested was a shop demo. The product arrived with use markings showing it had been used in the shop. They got the description of the product wrong when they advertised the product. This is the source of the error. I'm a marketing manager with 250,000 customers so I know something about Customer Service. When we make a mistake in my company, we fix it. We know that the small amount of money in fixing problems is worth it in retaining our reputation long term. By BBGS's attitude you can see they don't care about correcting the mistakes they make. Plain arrogance and disrespect. I have done my best to present the facts. Fellow consumers you have been warned about doing business with Best Buy Golf Supply.

First off no one is perfect..We have processed over 125,000 orders in 06 and i know we have done a wonderful job for the volume of business we do. It is people like yourself that try to do harm to reputable business. You said you received your product right? You did we have already tracked it. If you did receive another item it is always a upgrade to a newer model because they come and go so fast.
