I purchased 10 golf grips from best buy and was told the order would go out the next day paid by credit card. I recieved an email 3 days later saying my order would be delayed because they did not have all of the items in stock. I needed these grips quick as I had somone waiting for golf clubs to be built. When I recieved the email I tried to call and cancel the order but that was a joke they would not answer the phone because they were to busy on other calls really give me a break. I finally got someone who was not very nice told him my situation and tried to cancel the order said I had to send the request by email. Ok so I did and for the nest few days I called to see if the email was recieved and someone told me yes it was canceld. I thought everything was resolved. guess what about a week later I recieve the grips my account was charged 37.00 so thats when it became a nightmare with best buy golf supply. When the grips came in the mail I refused them sent them back. big mistake I thought these people would do the right thing and refund the money back but I was wrong any good business would do that for you, but not these people they have refused to answer any emails I really don't think they even have an email box, they will not talk to me I have tried to talk to them but they get mad start shouting profane language and hang up. At first it was disbelief what kind of business is this. I don't look to be getting any refund but I will tell everyone Do Not do business with these people. I wish I would have checked them out before ordering. I send out a warning avoid the ripoff and buy your golf supplies somewhere else.

Here is what you should do. If you have paid for these grips and have not recieved them because you refused them, you can call your credit card company and tell them you did not recieve merchandise and file a charge back. Since the grips were not delivered to you, Best Buy Golf Supply will not have any leg to stand on when it comes to challenging your claim. That is a sure way to get your money back. Remember the rules are on the cunsumer side. Call your credit card right away and do a chargeback and don't pay for something you did not get. Also look at www.freegolfinfo.com for golf component companies. This forum will give you all you need to know about companies in this arena and there are plenty of good ones out there that do not do this type of thing. Also call the California BBB and file a report as well.
