Best Buy - Lonestar Shed Six Year Warranty What a Joke The Roof is falling off and they want return a phone call Houston, Texas
Had a building built from these guys, Gorge was the head person.This was done in December.The crew was dropped off and he left.They seemed to know what they were doing until they got to the roof.The shingles were shot in the wrong place some 2-3 nails.If you know anything about roofing at all, you do not place nails on the outside of shingles.
After a few weeks the shingles began to fall off.No wind just falling off.Tried calling no answers left messages no return calls.Took pictures text to him.One evening when I was not at home someone came by to nail them back on.Great except they nailed them on the outside with the nails are exposed.Two days later more begin falling off I have shingles all around the building.Tried texting to him said he would call me still no call.
Do not get ripped off by thinking with a six year warranty you would be protected like me.
