Best Choice Digital Ripoff The WORST Choice Digital Don't buy into their scam of low prices Brooklyn New York
Don't get allured into Best Choice Digital's low price! It is the WORST Choice Digital in my opinion.
I have never been so flabbergasted at being the victim of internet commerce, that I felt the need to report my experience.
I recently made a purchase of Sony 1 DSC-V3 Digital Camera on their website, bestchoicedigital.com. When I quickly did a search of price comparisons, Best Choice Digital offered the camera at $439.00, about 100 bucks cheaper than most of other company's prices. So, I made the order online.
I didn't get any email confirmation for a day. So I googled the company and found numerous complaint reports. So I called the company and got this sales guy who rudely opened up the conversation with, How come you didn't get the extra battery? He pressured me to buy accessories which reminded of another person's story. It sounded too fishy so I tried to cancel my order with the reason that I do not want to do business with Best Choice Digital. Then this sales guy spoke angrily and offensively and hung up on me! Wow, that is customer service!
I had no idea whether my internet order the day before was canceled or that they were still going to send me wrong products that I canceled the credit card all together.
Here are some things to keep in mind.
When you buy products they give you no confirmation of your purchase or the expected delivery date.
Their phone customer service hours are very limited!
Monday - Thursday: 9:30am to 8:30pm est.
Friday: 9:30am to 3:30pm est.
Sunday: 10am to 6:30pm est.
Saturday: Closed
Their customer service is so bad that it should be illegal!
This is a company that just put up a website page and think they can allure people with very low prices. It is very unprofessional and offensive. Don't waste your time and energy with this company.
