It saddens me that people like Betty Stowers feel the need to try and justify their own sad lives by upsetting others. We sold this puppy in good faith with a contract [which covers the customer] as per the Pet Lemon Law. The puppy was perfectly healthy when he left our store and NOT ONCE did Betty call us to tell us the puppy was having "issues." We have a 12 month warranty [as per the Pet Lemon Law] and if there was any hereditary or congenital problems then all Betty had to do was call us - but she did not! Her main "gripe" is that she did not receive her Registration papers in a timely manner, but when she called me on June 11th 2007 [the date she submitted this ridiculous complaint] I immediately contacted the breeder [although it took a few days] and Betty did receive her Registration Papers within 14 days - so why is she complaining? Why did she at least not give me a chance to get a copy of the Registration papers to her before she decided to slate a reputable business? Considering we knew nothing of the supposed health issues until 10 months after she purchased the puppy, and the fact that she received her Registration papers within 14 days of her contacting me, I think that the least she could do would be to print a retraction and thank us - but no - I doubt that as she has a dog that eats it's own faeces! Does she not know that if you pick up a dogs faeces then he won't be able to eat it! She states that the dog hides his own food?? - Is that a problem that we should be blamed for?? Is it our fault that the puppy got to 10lbs? Come on Betty - behavioural problems are down to the owner to solve. You have a perfectly healthy puppy and the Registration papers to go with it. In 2007 we sold over 400 puppies and had 3 claims under the warranties - that is a reputable puppy store - not a puppy mill!
