Best Funding Solutuions they promised to get me funding, states first fund max 14 days, its been over 2 months, I paid 3k that they will not refund to me New York New York
On Feb 28 2017, I spoke to VP of Best Funding Solutions Jonathan Girardin, explained what I needed and he said "no problem", He stated that the company overdelivers to make their clients happy. I needed 600k to purchase a business and I have an email from him stating that the first round which was suppose to be 100k will take no more than 14 days, and then he stated when the next 300k will come, and the last 300k
Prior to this he said that they wanted to build a repport so lets start by getting business credit cards which they did get me 3 and I paid 15% on the back end per card per agreement which came out to 5250$. On top of that I paid 3k for what they call a shelf ahe corp which was supposedly going to help me get 300k. I kept following up and they keep giving me the round around that it will be on this day, then on this day, and so on. It is now 05/06/2017 and I still didn't receive any of the funds I needed for the business, I lost my earnest money of 20k which I put down and because funds were never received, I lost the business deal and my 20k. At this point, I kept asking for my refund of 3k and I have been getting the run around. I spoke to an attorney here who told me that for that amount, it may not be worth it as the case may cause me more than the 28k which I don't have. I even feel that I should be refunded not only the 3k but the 5250$ as I didn't need those credit cards.
On top of this, VP Jonthan told me sometime in March that I was approved for 300k but had to go down to bank of america in santa monica to sign docs. I drove a total of 10 hrs from vegas and long story short, the person I was suppose to meet said I have no approval nor application. Not only this, I was asked by the VP to make up a financial statement along with profit and loss to bring down. They basically asked me to commit fraud by creating documents to show a fiancial statement so I could get the loan. I do have an email as well about he wanting me to create those financials.
Lastly, if anyone or/and attorneys that is reading this and has some ideas to help me recoupe my money from these fools please let me know. For everyone else, STAY AWAY from this company.
