Seattle,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I figured it would be perfect. I live in Seattle and I'm selling coffee. The "singers", I didn't know they were called that, are what sold me on the whole deal. They said how they worked their butts off in the beginning and now were sitting back and enjoying the profits. I wanted to get a piece of this action. The thing is they never came through on their promises and I haven't been able to get a hold of one person there. Every time I do get someone the person I was dealing with is gone and I have to start all over again.

Back in 1990 I fell for a very similar scheme. That was "Gourmet Mini Cookies." Same set up. They let you talk to "successful" distributors. They had a placement company who went with you to secure locations for the racks. They were from Boca Raton. I lost about $7000. Fortunately the FTC filed a lawsuit against them & I eventually got about $700 back two years later.
