Best Rates Direct I was sold a false bill of goods. The salesman was very misleading and signed me up based on a service that doesnt even apply to me because of my transaction type. I am now on the hook for 2 leases for 5 years, not to mention being charged MORE thatn my previous processor. Customer service is not responding to my several phone messages and emails over the past 6 weeks. This company misrepresents itself just to get you to sign up to make a buck. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BEST RATES DIRECT!!!! Davison Michigan
