Best Time Movers BT Transport Lines BEWARE: THEFT. Go through your personal items. Damaged items. Missing items. Rockville Maryland
This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They have Rockville and Columbia offices. They are also international.Betty is the lead manager. This company is NOT BBB Credited. I wish I had did my homework before hiring this company. The movers came on May 17,2014 to my home in Maryland packed all of my personal belongings. Relocating from east coast to west coast. When I received my belongings every item that came in I checked it off by the yellow # ticket. The movers went from Maryland to Other states ending up in Las Vegas. I was told that every order have a different color sticker.
So I have no idea how they could give other people my merchandise. Every item came through my door I checked it off. My headboard, heater, treadmill damaged beyond repair. Broken glasses. Dresser mirror and slates missing. 4 boxes missing. the movers and the company in Maryland was aware of the problem. Betty and Dor told me to take pictures and note on the invoice the missing items and damaged items. IDO told me they would look for the mirror in their warehouse and if they could not find it they would buy a new one and they asked me where did I buy it from. I gave then all the information that they asked me for. When I called back a week later the person {IDO} no longer worked their.
So Betty and Dor said I had to find out the cubic feet of the mirror. Which made no sense. When I went through my items I found out that they stole my Bed comfort set. The comfort set was attached to the egyptican cotton sheet and fitted sheet and the layer to make the bed more comfortable. They took all of that but left the comfort cotton item that goes on top of the mattress. They went through my boxes and took my prescription medications. I had old money in a jar $80. And old coins.That money was a lot of $2.00 bills and $10bills. Those bills were back in the 1900's. They left the jar in the box empty. they went through my jewelry box took my grandmothers pocket watch Which was a collector item.
They took my stick pens from the restaurants that I have worked hard for. I know no other customer received my personal items because all those items were in separate boxes. So they went through my boxes taking things that they wanted. The 4 boxes that are missing I found out that they were brand new dishes, back massager, foot spa and my shot glasses that I had accumulated over the years from different countries and states. they stopped taking my calls when I told them these problems. I even told them that I will write to BBB about this. Dor said to me: BBB will not do anything about this. Which I did file a report. I realized later that this company has an F rating and is not BBB credited.
