I don't know if I really have the right company. My problem is trying to contact this company regarding my order. It seems the "contact us" link on the web page only goes to an automated response which is certainly no help. After trying to google the company I came across this site and it appears we are dealing with the same company. I am hoping this will invoke some sort of a response from the company so that I can have answers to my questions!
I ordered a Christmas present for my 10 year old son on Dec. 11. The website indicated that this item was in stock and the terms and conditions stated to wait 72 hours before contacting the company if an email wasn't received with the tracking information. My credit card was debited on Dec. 13.
I received a confirmation email stating they received my order and I would receive another when the item was shipped. I have not received an email yet stating my order was shipped and it is past the 72 hours. I am very understanding that it is Christmas and things are busy, however, if my order is not able to be here in time for Christmas I must come up with an alternative. All I want is for someone to give me an answer!!! Just let me know!!! PLEASE!!!
You already have my money, now all I am request is an answer as to when I can expect my stuff! I don't think this is too much to ask for!
