Besttoysoftheyear Fraudulent merchant scam artist: took money, no merchandise sent, no response to emails, gave no contact info ripoff Dallas Texas Internet
Add me to the list of scammed people with this fake storefront.
I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter on December 2nd. I received no response regarding shipping after a couple of weeks, so used their only means of contact - web form - to inquire about the status, no response from them, ever.
It is now December 22nd, my payment to them has long since cleared, and no sign of anything being shipped to me. I used the form to contact them again to tell them I am filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back..no response again.
I am also filing a complaint with the FBI so they can can put these criminals in jail and provide restitution to those they have victimized. I recommend everyone that was scammed by this company do the same, so the FBI can quickly shut down this scam. They've done enough damage and I want to see them pay for their crimes before they can ripoff anyone else.
