Best Truss Company Inc. BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE TRULY CROOKS Miami Florida
BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE CHEAPEST QUOTE AND YOU WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOURSELF FOR SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. I SIGNED A ONE PAGE CONTRACT FOR A LUMP SUM AMOUNT TO DELIVER TRUSS PACKAGE FOR WHICH I PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO DELIVERY, AFTER THEY WERE DELIVERED ON SITE I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH A SECOND PAGE CONTRACTURAL AGREEMENT WHICH THEY SAID THEY SENT OF WHICH THEY NEVER DID BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE MY SIGNITURE ON IT. THIS SECOND PAGE CONTRACT WAS A RIGGED CONTRACT WHICH GAVE THEM THE VERBAL LANGUAGE TO CHARGE ME WHATEVER EXTRA FEES THEY THINK THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH, AND THEN I RECIEVED A $6500 DOLLAR ADDITIONAL INVOICE ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE TRUSS COST IN THE FIRST PLACE, NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO LIEN MY PROPERTY. FURTHERMORE THEY DELIVERED THE TRUSS INCOMPLETE AND WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DRILLED AT THE MANUFACTURER, NOT TO MENTION THE TRUSS MATERIAL(WOOD) WAS TERRIBLE SPUNKY WOOD. Best Truss said they provided me the second page of the contractural agreement in the beginning when I first signed the contract and they have failed to ever provide this proof. I however have the substantial proof in email form which they originally sent which only includes a one page contract and this proof shall be used in a future court date. I have also asked them several times to send me the second page of the contract with my signiture on it showing I have received and reviewed this page and they have not sent this because they are crooks and liars and any future customers should know this prior to doing business with them.

We have been in the Construction business for over 40 years. It is always expected to come across an unhappy/sore customer, who is not satsfied no matter what. We use a contract like any other truss company with terms stated in it, for which we are not looking to pressure anybody in to purchase our services under false pretenses
As many truss manufacturer We Only fabricate what our client requests. Payment is tendered again according to the terms in our contract. We never make any changes to our Engineered Drawings and/or contract that are not authorized by our client clearly in writing and with their signature.
The backside of our contract is always either provided to our client or is mailed to them, if contract was signed via fax/ email original copy will be mail with copy of the one received by us via email and/or fax as our contract specifically states. We always fabricate exclusively that which the customer approves on our shop drawing, that is way a shop drawing is provided to customer before fabrication, so the client can approve trusses before any physical work is done.
Lastly, if anyone would like to contact our office, we can provide you with volumes of very satisfied customer's testimonials, some of them going back as to our very beginning days attesting to oue exemplary service and proffesionalism.
We feel sorry this customer is unsatisfied, if there was something we could do to help him understand within reasonable circustance please contact us. We did tried to resovel his issue and requested the necessary documentation of which we never received a reply, He states that he is not going to sue us, and he should not, everything we did was to provided him with good customer service, he should not become abusive!
