Bestchoicedigital ripoff Brooklyn New York
I was looking for a digital camera for my girlfriend. I go to their site, everything looks great. I call their customer support to make sure that the camera I order is available and comes with everything, accessories and warranty. I was told it does.
We order the camera, and wait for a confirmation on the order. Few days go by nothing. I call them and I am told the camera isn't on stock, and it will take few weeks to get.
We wait a few weeks, nothing. I call them again to check the status. I am told that the camera I ordered is the Japanese model and doesnt come with anything, just the camera itself. at this point I get mad, this was suppose to be a birthday gift, and I wasted weeks on something that was pointless to get. I talked to manager and ask him, why first of all the site doesn't say that the camera isnt in stock, and second, why doesnt it say that it's just the camera itself. Manager didn't know what to say, apologized and basically didnt care what I did. I cancleled the order.
I called a few days later to make sure it was canceled. WAited 30 minutes just so I can find out they dont give you any type of confirmation. They are frauds, buyers beware.
