BestChoiceproduct Best Choice Item came with no instructions so I can't assemble. They company said it was shipped from their manufacturer with no instructions. Rancho Cucamonga, California
I bought this chair online and when it arrived there was not instructions included. I immediately called the company and "Kim" informed me that it came from their wear-house without instructions. I told her that for safety reasons, I really need to make sure I put this chair together properly. She told me she could send me a youtube video of a "similar" chair.
The chair that was on youtube has extra parts that was not included in the box, nor places or holes in the wood sticks that the video showed. My husband and I spent hours trying to figure it out, but no avail. I don't even know if all the parts are here to assemble it as we don't have any instructions or part assembly pieces. We received a bunch of bolts, a few ropes and some sticks.
I asked the company to refund my money and send me a prepaid label to return. I spoke to kim today from Bestchoiceproducts and she said she would not give me a full refund (only 70%) and will not pay for return shipping. I consider this fraud. Not to mention a safety violation.
It does not state anywhere on the listing of this item that it does not include instructions and that you need to be a rocket scientist to put together. In addition, by sending me a "similar chair video on youtube does not suffice as it had many more parts that I was provided with. I would need to make sure this is properly put together the way this exact chair was constructed to be assembled to to insure the safety of my family.
