Bestretro Shoe Company Purchased shoes less than month later fell apart in gym class/refuse to exchange because they were worn. Internet
I purchased a pair of Air Jordans for my son. Money taken from my account January 7, 2009. Less than a month later they fell apart in Gym class in front of his entire class. This happened February 4, 2009 so you can see he had them less than a month. I sent an email to the company to have an exchange and this is my response...

but sorry, we cannot accept return or exchange because the shoes wore.

Their website advises of 100% satisfaction and this absolutely is not. If only I had a major credit card I would be disputing it now.
