Look up both their and the company names on Sunbiz and there is also some interesting reading on boakes under "Ameriscam".
Advice call your credit card provider and cancel or dispute the charge. File complants with the Florida Attorney Generals office and the Florida department of Agriculture-call the DNC (federal do not call people and put your name on the list) many states have their own additional dnc. Call them too. If you are on a dnc and get a call call your states attorney general and complain they will get fined. Put 'em out of business!
