This is a disturbing trend we are seeing, so we tried to send an e-mail to the Dallas BBB using the e-mail address posted by the BBB on their website: [email protected] The e-mail was returned as undeliverable. Could it be possible that they do not want any negative communication? The BBB is a major rip-off and protects scam artists. EDitorial Staff

I'm sorry for your incounter with the Dallas BBB. I to had reported a company that my husband previously worked for, until he found out that they were a scam company. He reported that specific office to the local BBB. At that time they didn't exist in their data base. Upon making a complaint and providing all the companies information,
We noticed that 2 weeks later, they were listed with a satisfactory record and incorrect information. (The had made them look like they'd been in business for years) We then recieved a letter form this BBB saying that this is and employee-employer problem and that they would not report them. 2 more times we made a complaint, hoping they would get it through their heads that this scam was serious and nation wide.
This time ignored. We even tried informing the Council of the BBB, they refused and since have lied about their little cover ups. We checked their data base a month later, guess what? They were now new members of the BBB, amazing, huh? I made a copy of each report and kept it.
I hope that after I have made my ripples in the system that the BBB is seen for what they really are, and they are either shut down entirely, or that they are made to represent the facts and not extort money for their own finacial gain, why we, the consumers, trust their site's reports, and end up getting screwed. Good Luck!
