I was been told that I won't be chared for a week subscription or any later subscription plans until I choose one.
I never chose a plan but they charged me 146 pounds without my knowledge when i didn't even select any plans and they cut the money from my card without asking me
Now when I email them about refund, they didn't reply and I want the refund right now as I didnt use it.

They processed my refund and gave me my money back.
