Complaint Review: Beumer Board & Care - los angeles California

There is a major, major problem at a residential apt bldg located in south l.a. The bldg houses 8 units and appears "normal" on the outside, but what's taking place on the inside would make even the most dramatic episode of a true crime episode look tame. It's a bizarre story of a sociopathic landlord and their bloodthirst revenge for perceived slights. It's a story of a mentally disturbed well-connected person in authority taking advantage and manipulating loyal but mis-guided people with mental disabilities. If you can picture the most inane, inocuous looking elderly woman with the sociopathic tendencies of ted bundy, john wayne gacy and throw in some leona helsmley for good measure---then you have an idea of what type of personality we're dealing with here. The landlord has illegally installed hidden cameras inside the apts in the bldg and has decided this "egregious and unforgiveable" sin deserves 24/7 day a week harrassment--as in setting up a remote video feed in one of the other apts and watching this particular tenant night and day. Oh yeah, she's not alone. Cowardly sociopaths usually aren't and bring along their own cheering squad. So she invites anyone and everyone she can think of to come and view the perp (keep in mind, the only offense this person has made is to assert their right to privacy after finding out that the landlord has illegally taped/videod them for at least 2 years)--what follows is an odd assortment of mind games, psychological terror, peeping tommism(in the shower no less), cult-like behavior, along with the assorted taunting and threats of physical violence and death. All in a day's work for these reprobates. The landlord seems to find perverse pleasure in divining what happens daily in the life of this tenant. They seem to enjoy being thought of as surveyor of all they see and commander in chief, as well as head cult leader, all in one. When the landlord tells these seemingly mindless robots to taunt, follow, play voyeuristic peeping tom, stalker and potential killer; they do so on command without fail or protest. Defending her actions and behavior as well as their own perverse and illegal behavior with fervent protestations that the accuser is the one who is perverse, "evil" or wrong. The interesting twist to this story is that the landlord is a seemingly harmless looking elderly white woman who seems to be stuck in the emotional realm of a 11 year old pre-pubescent school girl and sees nothing wrong with her behavior or actions and her ever-loyal cadre are made up totally of mostly young and black men and women. Why that is i don't know. May be irrelevant to the story but it's an interesting aspect. This "woman" also seems to think that her behavior (altho known to be illegal at the very least) will never be brought to justice and that she operates with impugnity and that the "victim" is not only not thought of as human, but as some lab experiment to be plied and probed without the least bit of regard to morality or legality. Textbook sociopath, wouldn't you say? No regard, no remorse, no guilt, no responsibility for ANYTHING, EVER. It's forever and ALWAYS the victims/target's fault for THEIR behavior. I have left out details but given the general gist of the activities at this particular address. Maybe you've heard about it? Maybe not. Maybe you thought it was fiction. Maybe not. I'm here to tell you it's neither fiction nor fantasy. This is happening right now, today and has been for the past 3 weeks live daily and continues b/c this particular landlord thinks she can get away with it b/c she has before. I wanted to make this a public record b/c the people who are perpetrators see NOTHING wrong with their behavior and actually think it's normal and proper--and have said as much. They think b/c their 'leader' has money and access that she will protect them from justice but I wanted to have it on record that there is no place to hide when justice comes and money, access nor warped and twisted sociopathy will give you immunity from it. That's a promise.
