A police officer by the name of Beverly Cusack who works for the universal city police department in texas went to dps when she was under the age of 18 to get a fake drivers license. She modified her birth certificate with a fake name and a fake date of birth. And until this day has got away with it. Her police chief was notified of this and has done nothing about it. His hame is Gary. Who ever reads this, please contact the universal city police department in universal city texas (next to san antonio) either by phone or by email and let them know that this is not going to be tolerated. I don't know about you, but i am tired of police officers doing illegal things and getting away with.
