Well everyone be ware I received my ring August 1st and this weekend I noticed a big black spot in my diamond visable to the naked eye. I get married this Saturday and this is very upsetting to deal with. After two days of trying to speak to someone I finally got to speak to Sam in Customer Service and He offered me a deal. He said He was only going to charge me over $250 to get the diamond fixed and I would have to pay for the shipping. Well such a good deal after having the ring for 37 days. That is disgusting. Can you imagine spending over $11,000 to only have a ring last that long. I told them that I had no confidence in this diamond and would always be concerned that the same thing would happen again.

Sam assured me that this was very rare. My argument back to Him was if that was the case then why would Beverly Diamonds not go back to who they got the diamond back and get them to fix this issue and give me a good diamond which is what I should have. Needless to say I am not going to worry about this for now but after the wedding I will have to address this issue. I asked Sam to put in writing what the deal was that they where suppose to give me but at this time no email. This is very bad Customer Service  I had my ring appraised and the certificate they gave they said the ring was worth around $25,000 but my appraiser said it was worth $13,000 big difference.

Also the color and clarity was not what they had put on their certificate either. Beware. Sam implied to me that He did not know what I did with my ring to have caused the filling to fall out. I told Him I wore it on my finger exactly where a ring should be, the nerve to imply I did something to my ring especially days before My wedding shame on Him. To be continued. Be careful sometimes things are too good to be true. I did get a call back later and Sam said He had gone to His Boss and got them to waive the charge for me to fix my ring. I told Him I appreciated His effort but I want a new diamond. I don't feel I should have a negative thought when it comes to the ring representing the best day of my life....
