Bfc Insurance Agency Of Nevada, Hsbc running me around for 7 months Bridgewater New Jersey
I got laid off in march of 08. I had a best buy credit card for a tv i had purchased. Upon purchasing the tv i bought the hsbc arizona debt protection plan through best buy. I got laid off and turned in the claim. I still can not get an answer out of them on how the claim is doing. Today i called and told them i haven't recieved some information thy were supposed to send a month ago. While being laid off i had a family member get ill and pass. So while the were ill i went back home to iowa for awhile ( august 08 ).
While being home i made the decision to stay here and move back home to iowa. Well today they told me my claim could not be processed it would be denied because i live in iowa now even though i lived in arizona when i filed the claim. it has been so long for them to do anything about it that now that i move it will be dnied since i dont live in az anymore what should i do. This is just destroying my credit.
