ADDRESS VERIFICATION FORM ARE TIME CONSUMING HOWEVER THEY HELP ELIMINATE FRAUD ON OUR SITE. IN REGARDS TO THE CANCELLEATION OF YOUR ORDER IT WAS ALREADY TOO LATE TO STOP SHIPPING OF THIS INVOICE THAT IS WHY YOU ARE ABLE TO REFUSE THE ITEM.
