On April 30,2007 I ordered jewelry from Bidz, tried to use my paypal account and there was trouble with that, tried to use my credit card and trouble again, used debit card and they took the money out then on May 1, 2007 I get a letter stating that they are holding shipment for verification of address. I email them and cancel order as it had already been too much of a hassle. i found out that they shipped items on May 4, 2007 without a confirmed address. I re-emailed them and told them that I did not want the shipment as I had cancelled it and that I would refuse it. On May 7, 2007 it arrived and I refused it. It took until May 17, 2007 to get returned to them. I have contacted customer service on the 16th,17th,18th and 21st and get the rund around. It has to be investigated and they will take out shipping and handling and re-stocking fees. And then I get that I will get a full refund but it could take up to 10 days. Cannot get corporate's telephone number or address from them. NEVER will I buy from them again.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION FORM ARE TIME CONSUMING HOWEVER THEY HELP ELIMINATE FRAUD ON OUR SITE. IN REGARDS TO THE CANCELLEATION OF YOUR ORDER IT WAS ALREADY TOO LATE TO STOP SHIPPING OF THIS INVOICE THAT IS WHY YOU ARE ABLE TO REFUSE THE ITEM.
