To address the shipping issue with the way that this customer chose (FIMS) the merchandise is sent out bulk mail so there is no way to track the package. What happens is Fed Ex comes and gets the package and it is then sent to Newark New Jersey. At Newark the packages are sorted out by country after a bin gets full with mail for that specific country it is mailed out. All the packages will go to the post office and the sent out to the local post office of the customer. In our help section it does state that choosing the FIMS service it can take 3 to 4 weeks up to 8 week, this is due to this whole process plus the time that it may take customs to check the package. We suggest if an international customer would like up to date tracking information they should pay for the international economy. As far as the paper work we where requiring from the customer this is a standard practice that we go by if someone's package get lost in the mail. If the country that the customer lives in does not provide a notary service the can always go to the police station and have someone in there sign the paper work. If this customer would have completed the requited paper work they would have received a refund from us with no problem.
