I have been with Big John's as a customer for probably close to 9-10 years. They are honest and reliable, and I have NEVER had an issue or problem with them. MANY times they have assessed my car without a charge or made simple fixes whereas they could have charged a lot of money, made the simple fix and I would not have known the difference. I would leave them my credit card and trust them implicitly to make only the needed repairs, cover their repairs if something wasn't quite right and never bat an eye. They ROCK! in my book - two small complaints in light of the immense experience I have had with them through the years is miniscule. Others have tried to talk bad about them to me and I light them up because it is just a ploy to get you to use another car repair place.

I CAME ACROSS THIS, WHILE CHECKING ON BOGAS WEBSITES USING OUR GOOD NAME. I HAVE KNOW IDEA WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE OR WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT, HAD THEY BEEN GOOD CUSTOMERS THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT BIG JOHN, MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY LAST YEAR, I AM STILL HERE, AS I ALWAYS HAVE BEEN EVERY DAY SIDE BY SIDE WITH MY HUSBAND JOHN FOR 15 YEARS. SO OWNERSHIP HAS NOT CHANGED, HAD THEY ASKED TO SPEAK TO ME, I'M SURE WE COULD HAVE COME TO SOME SORT OF AGREEMENT, IF THEY HAD A PROBLEM. I WAS NOT AWARE. AS FOR OUR 12 MONTH 12 THOUSAND MILE WARRANTY WE STAND BEHIND THAT, AS LONG AS THERE IS NOW CUSTOMER ABUSE. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY HAD DONE UNDER WARRANTY, THE COMPLAINT DOES NOT SAY. ALL I KNOW, IS THAT I RUN THIS BUSINESS EXACTLY THE SAME AS WE HAVE ALWAYS RUN IT. WE HAVE ALL THE SAME MECHANICS, AND WE HAVE MICHELLE. IF PEOPLE COULD ACTUALLY THINK THAT JOHN HIMSELF WORKED ON EVERY VEHICLE IN THIS SHOP, WELL THEN THEY ARE SADLY MISTAKEN. WE ALL MISS HIM, HE WOULD BE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN ALL OF HIS SO CALLED LOYAL CUSTOMERS THAT KNOW I AM STILL TRYING TO KEEP THIS BUSINESS GOING, HAVE CHOSEN TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. WE ARE STILL THE MOST HONEST REPAIR SHOP YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE, AND AS I TOLD JOHN ALL THE TIME, OUR CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME BACK AFTER THEY GET RIPED OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE. ALTHOUGH I AM A WOMAN, I WILL NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, I WAS TAUGHT BY THE BEST, I WATCHED HIM DAY AFTER DAY.
